ジープのグランドチェロキーか同等の車ということで予約しましたが、当日、グランドチェロキーではなくToyota 4 Runnerでした。アメリカだったので、アメ車のグラチェロが良かったのですが、かなわず。しかしながら、4 Runnerはよく走ってくれて、故障の兆候は皆無でした。ただし、タイヤのコンデションはよくなく、もっど貸出時に慎重にチェックしておくべきだと思いました。ただ、走破はできました。途中、ネジを踏んでパンクしましたが、ロードサービスに電話して、結局タイヤ屋で修理してもらいましたが、至って迅速で無償でした。貸出時に、4Runnerよりも新しい車はないのかときいたところ、何台か提案してくれたりと、非常に親切でした。

I've rented cars here several times and it was fine, but this time was so-so. I had to wait in a long queue for quite a while and didn't get the car I originally booked. They gave me a Chevrolet instead. It was a brand-new car, but it had a strong smell. We were in a rush, so had no choice. My child coughed the whole way. After making the payment, I noticed an extra charge of over $30. When I asked if it was tax, they said yes. However, later I found out my prepayment already included taxes. Could customer service clarify this? Picking up and returning the car went smoothly overall, but keep in mind that Thrifty seems to have merged with Hertz. You'll need to go to Hertz for both pick-up and drop-off. If you look for Thrifty, it might involve some hassle.
