Waited an hour and 45 minutes at check in, and then waited 45 minutes for a car. And I didn't get the car class that I asked for. I specifically asked for a compact and they gave me an SUV. Horrific experience.

“Very smooth”

Everything was great until dropping off the car. Even though I booked to return the car at an airport location, the car could not be dropped at the airport. Had to drive back into town to return the car adding about 45 minutes and a lot of stress. Staff seemed used to it though and got me back to the airport ASAP. I made the flight.
