Good service, very good value

Very satisfied! Great car model, quick and enthusiastic service from the staff, and the vehicle was clean and tidy.

The experience was average. The only thing that exceeded my expectations was the free upgrade to an SUV due to the unavailability of the reserved model. I was first asked to change the return location, and then told that the bumper had scratches upon return. However, I had been very cautious and did not have any collisions. Thankfully, I had supplemental insurance.

The service was just average, but there were no issues.
