Perfect stress free rental experience

It was truly excellent! After I called, they came to pick me up in no time. The paperwork at the store was processed very quickly, and the guy who picked me up was super nice. I’ll definitely rent from them again whenever I’m in Greater Vancouver.

Active and professional service

The owner is Chinese and very gentle. However, it was the first time I encountered the need to check the car from all angles when renting it. The owner said it was because I didn't choose the express rental option, which I didn't understand. Nevertheless, the owner was quite nice. We agreed to return the car at a gas station, and even though I was late, the owner answered my questions about ice wine.

The staff were quite friendly. The gentleman who helped us at the counter and for pick up (on Monday Aug 2 PM) was very caring and showed us everything about pick up and drop off. He explained the whole renting process clearly. Very satisfied

The booking platform was user friendly. I could easily filter the results and book exactly what I wanted.

CNR staff - Joey and others were wonderful. They picked me up from the airport and got me the car, and when I dropped it off they drove us back to the airport quickly. We got a Nissan Sentra, it was fine. It had a huge trunk; big enough for a road bike to fit in. Traveled well up to Whistler and back.

The Price Dropper thing didn't do anything for me.
