My booking is for a Toyota Camry but i was told that all their Camry are out so they gave me a Hundai Accent. I told them i don't want a Hundai but they said they don't have anything else. I don't have any other choice but to take the Hundai. I was expecting for them to give me an adjustment on the price i paid. I hope my point and would expect a credit from you. The vehicle was under par VS what we expected. Deceiving!!!

I reserved an intermediate car, a Hyundai. At arrival I was told Easyrent overbooked, I would get a mini van. I voiced my concern that I did not want a mini van. Customers who arrived after me were told they also would get a mini van, but then they got a car. I was told I could call and switch to a car the next day, maybe. Not acceptable.

Poor service from mex. failed to adequately explain the prepaid fuel provison. Long wait at checkin
