Qeeq is easy to use and Alamo was great.

Staff was very helpful and getting the car was a smooth process. The car itself was fantastic. The only issue is limited boot depth which doesn't allow for a pram + large luggage. Large luggage was kept in the back passenger seat. This is not an issue with the car, but maybe a point to note for future renters.

Car was brand new and excellent. Counter staff were super nice and it was an easy check in.

Very easy to use and especially liked the confirmation emails close to our rental date.

Car is fairly dirty and we are not sure if Alamo is part of enterprise group. It takes some time to pick up the car from terminal 2 arriving from terminal 1

Baby car seat not so comfortable. My baby refused to sit on it. The rest is good, overall I'm satisfied and valued of money. Will rent car from them in the future.

Easy to use, convenient and good experience for my 1st try.

I rented a Hyundai i20 which is relatively a small car. At the counter, I found out this car is not available and they gave me a Mitsubishi Pajero sport which was huge. To them, this was an upgrade for free but to me having a small suitcase and being on 3 day business trip, it was extremely difficult to drive in Melbourne in the rush hour and park the car. I wish I knew that they might not have a small car and then I would rent another car.
