The car pickup process has been improved to specify the exact parking spot, which is better than before. The vehicle is relatively new, with only 10,000 km mileage. It now comes equipped with a backup camera and radar alert, making it safer. The navigation system can be directly connected to the phone, eliminating the need for a phone holder.

Very satisfied with the rental experience. The original car I rented had a dead cigarette lighter, so I couldn't use the GPS. I mentioned it at the counter, and they promptly gave me another car. Everything was OK! The return location was easy to find, the GPS guided me smoothly, and they also provided a shuttle to the airport. The only downside was that there were too many people renting from Dollar (about 30 people waiting), and I had to wait 40 minutes in line. Meanwhile, other rental companies on the same side had only a few people in line.

The Car we collected was Scraped and Dented. The Counter Staff were relentlessly trying to upsell me and charged me a further $240 on Collection. It is only now after checking my Bank Accounts that I have seen that they have double charged. The lady that assisted with collecting the car was not very clear or helpful neither. Upon Return a gentleman named Eric was very helpful.
