2-week Car Rental @ IAD (USA)

Overall, it was quite satisfactory. At pickup, the staff informed me that the reserved vehicle was unavailable and suggested upgrading to a higher-priced model. After negotiation, they provided a similar alternative vehicle.

The staff was unprofessional. They added highway fees, child seat fees, and a second driver fee during pickup. However, the receipt did not include the child seat. Later, when we went to the store, they said we had canceled the highway fee. The experience was very poor. The car's front right side was damaged, and we were not informed. Luckily, we discovered it ourselves, documented it, and it was not blamed on us in the end.

This was an extremely disappointing car rental experience. I am done with Hertz because their roadside assistance was incredibly slow, taking over 7 hours, forcing me to seek help from 911. There was no compensation, apology, or even follow-up afterward.

I wanted to rent a car what I asking for but not switch around on me, similar car is okay but not the way different than what I expected it for.

When I returned the car, the reserves lot no 20 was taken and we were not sure where to park the car. It was not easy calling the given no as it was a Sunday. Overall experience was bad
