Very satisfied

Very satisfied! I got to use a Tesla for the cost of a Toyota Corolla. It was my first time driving one, and the staff patiently provided guidance. Of course, you need to know some English. Although the trunk is a bit small, the overall experience was excellent.

The service attitude was extremely poor. They aggressively tried to sell me insurance and GPS, and when I refused, they even used offensive language. Then they came up with another trick, printing out an invoice with a 260 yuan fee and asking me to sign it. When I asked what the fee was for, that attempt also failed. Frustrated and angry, they told me to wait an hour to pick up the car (because I arrived an hour early, and it was previously agreed that I could return the car an hour early as well).

Very satisfied. The car had only driven 76 kilometers. It's a brand new car with the user manual still sealed. The only downside is that the steering wheel tends to loosen momentarily when turning, causing oversteering. After getting used to it, you need to correct the steering in advance. Upon checking, I didn't find any excessive looseness in the steering. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I got used to correcting the steering in advance. To avoid trouble, I didn't switch to another car on my second rental.

The whole process was effortless. We were fortunate that we had no queue to wait in. The lady who dealt with us was friendly, helpful, no pressure, we decided on having a sat nav and the car we booked didn't have one installed so she upgraded us to a better suv. Nissan Murano. Beautiful car. Drop off was easy to. Overall 10/10.
