Thanks for your review. Usually a deposit will be held as a guarantee by car rental companies at pick-up. This will be fully released or refunded if there is no damage/theft of the vehicle or any due payment after car return. We were running late and needed to contact Green motion. They did not answer their phone or respond to emails. In the end we were able to contact Easyrent cars and both Lisa and Tania were amazing. I suggest you get additional staff to answer the phone to avoid unnecessary anxiety of there are mishaps with collection. When we did arrive, the staff at Greemotion were amazing, and there is no way they could have answered the phone as they were way too busy.
