Great car, great service, terrible drop-off in Salzburg.

This is my second time renting a car. It is very convenient.

If the customer forgets the credit card with their name, at least allow them to use a debit card with their name or the credit card of a companion in the same car. Due to this reason, I paid nearly 1000 yuan and couldn't use the car. If the car cannot be used, even if a full refund is not possible, at least a partial refund should be provided! Just like buying goods, when money is paid, service should be provided. If the service is not received, shouldn't the money be returned to the customer?

This was my first time renting a car abroad. The rental office at the airport had separate entrances and exits, which made returning the car a bit confusing. I hope they can provide clearer diagrams.

Good staff, but the drop off after hours is just terrible as you have to park on the street and pay for parking in downtown Amsterdam. Parking is very expensive and there are no parking places. Drove around in circles in the dark in heavy traffic for a while, I then decided to buy (expensive) hotel parking for the night. Also, we did not get the hybrid we ordered, so petrol fees were higher than expected
