Toyota car was good to drive but was NOT presentable when visiting friends and relatives.

The rental cost is cheaper than other companies and the car is decent. Good value for money.

Overall, it was okay! I've rented from Ace many times because it's cheap. The location is not inside the airport, so you need to take a shuttle bus. The pick-up spot has changed, it's no longer at the 15-minute free zone, but now it's at the right side of the international arrivals exit where the big buses and hotel shuttles are, which is closer. The car is a bit old, but the service is good. It's fine.

The car was not cleaned. There was quite some rubbish (for example old food) in the middle compartment.

Good as usual

The one thing about the car: I did not like the smell, although it was clean and in a good condition, however I think cleaning could have been better to remove the smell. Pick up was quick. Drop off: didn't find the entrance straight away, had to U-turn, no clear large title at the entrance. Also had to wait for a while for stuff member to get ready to serve me. Staff does not meet you at the entrance, no guiding showing where to go, figure out yourself.

Like: I liked that I received a free upgrade to a Toyota Rav 4. It was a lovely car and suited the requirements of my trip to visit family and friends on the South Coast. The fuel economy was very good also.
Dislike: I liked everything about the experience.
