The car was clean but the fuel tank wasn't full. The car company argued that it was same to same when the booking document clearly mentioned that it is full to full. The staff at drop-off was quite helpful

Thanks for your comment getting back to us. If the fuel tank is full when picking up the car, please drop off with full; If it's not, please return with the same level. The process to pick up the car took so long. People couldn’t find my reservation and did not reach quickly the easyrentcars. Staff not focused on providing a fast service to customers arriving sometime from a long flight and eager to enjoy vacation and not wiling to spend 1h30 for a car delivery. I will not use this service again, as the value for money to me is not worth in terms of convenience.
