I changed 4 cars to get one good

The car was perfect, how ever I scratched one rim trying to avoid an accident and I was charged 260 euros at the checkout. This is the price of 2 new rims and they are making money when they see that you don't take their insurance.

The stuff did everything they could to sell me the full insurance. The only way to not getting full insurance was blocking 2.600€ of my card!!!!!

It was on the avegage level. I am not satisfied with the staff, they were not flexible, i could only leave the deposit with one bank account and so i had to pay 300 EUR insurance fee to cover the deposit.

Waited over 2 hours to rent the car. They charged my card over $1500 for insurance when I told them my credit card covers any additional accident protection. When I rented the car, I explained I would be returning the car on thurs July 25, not sat July 27. They said I would still have to pay till July 27th even though I returned it 2 days earlier. I want those two days refunded back to me, not a good way to do business

The online process was fine, didn’t realize the nightmare I would face using surprice in Lisbon !

Surprice rent a car, is a pressure selling company. The car collection is from an of site location and not on the airport. We had to wait for a bus to take us to another location. The staff I was on that day were rude. There only aim was to add services. In my case I had to rent a tag system for tolls. I was not told of the cost. While I was collecting my car, I saw a family harassed into buying additional insurance and services. At the end with reluctance the family paid an extra $925 US Dollars. The car I recieved was not a golf but a Toyota Auruis. All the cars had some bodywork damage. I decided to return my car a day earlier. I went to the return address which is 15 minutes away from the airport. I arrived just before 8pm, but I was waiting for 30 minutes plus to speak to an advisor. There were 2 on duty. As soon as he finished I told him I want to return the car earlier. He told me I have to pay 35 Euro. I refused and returned the following day.
