Waited at the airport pick-up area for over an hour before someone came.

Super easy … much smoother than most of my rental experiences from the big companies. Very helpful staff. Car only had 1/4 tank but everything else was great.

Like: Pickup at the airport was fast. Check-in was courteous and friendly.
Dislike: Hours of operation meant that since we returned before they opened in the morning we had to take a taxi back to the airport at our expense.

Dislike: The pick up and drop off was not at the airport, you have to call them and then they would send a car to pick you. Picking up was not too bad but the drop off was a huge problem. The complimentary "shuttle" service is only within office hours, so for us, our flight was at 10am which means we had to be at the airport by 8am, and the rental company told us we had to drop the car at their office and book a cab to the airport. That was inconvenient and extra cost to us.
