I sent an email to Green Motion with pictures of how dirty the car was and they never answered my email back.

They suck don't ever use them. Tried to charge me an extra $150. Never ever even got the car. Ended up using Uber and leaving that place.

Horrible is the only way to describe this company. They left me stuck at the airport waiting on their shuttle for 45 minutes. No one would answer the phone. Then, I had pre-I purchased insurance for $9/day, and they insisted I had to buy more from them. The counter girl was rude, and said she would not give me the car that I had already paid for, unless I gave them another $156. I had no choice, considering it was 9:00 at night. I’ve rented a lot of cars in my day, and never experienced such terrible customer service...Ever!

Wish I would have received a receipt at the time of drop off

My pickup was to be at 12:30 am. The person at the counter said I put in 12:30pm and my vehicle was not available. I negotiated a more expensive vehicle with 'unlimited' mileage for $256. I was billed for $396 and as to this date my prepayment for the other original has not been credited to my card.
