The vehicle is brand new and has a spacious rear. We managed to fit two 28-inch suitcases, a 20-inch suitcase, and a large handbag perfectly. The staff explained everything very clearly and were extremely polite! The rental company processed our order quickly without any extra charges! We're very satisfied with their service attitude! This experience added so much enjoyment and comfort to our trip!

The staff member we found was inexperienced, making us wait for a very long time. The rented car was downgraded to a much smaller model, which made the experience very unpleasant, especially since it was the first time this happened.

Everything was good except they wouldn't lend me an ETC card.

Difficult to find rental counter as no sign and inside the building causing delay pick up but staff did not allow late drop off than original booking.

Very professional, informed me by phone due to unavailability of my car, got a free upgrade, the car is clean and in a good condition
