Extremely satisfied. I've rented cars all over the world many times, and this was my first time renting in Japan. The service provided by this company was impeccable—the staff were highly responsible and promptly responsive. They handled pickup and drop-off with shuttle service throughout, making it a worry-free car rental experience. Definitely a highly recommended rental company.
The staff were very nice and even helped us prepare a car with enough space for our luggage. The car was in good condition. However, please note that the pickup and drop-off are not at the airport itself; you need to take a shuttle for about 15 minutes to a location near the airport, so make sure to allow extra time.

The service was excellent. They contacted me in advance to confirm the validity of my driving license. Fortunately, they reminded me about the IDP's validity period; otherwise, it might have disrupted my trip. Thanks to the car rental staff.
The windshield wipers did not clean properly, making it hard to see the road. The water spray for the windshield was also inadequate, leaving some areas unwiped.
