good service overall but make sure you check the vehicle to avoid any charges on return

The pick up process at the firefly desk at Malaga airport was terrible. Unbelievably slow - over an hour wait - despite me completing all the details in the UK before we travelled. There should be some desks dedicated to prebookings and some for on the spot reservations. The staff desperately tried to sell me more insurance. When I refused, they tried to used scare tactics to add more pressure. After queuing in the airport, I then had to go to another office in the carpark to collect the keys. Having been travelling with three children from 3:30 am, not ideal at all!!

Had a very long wait of one and a half hours to get the keys at the airport. Firefly knows in advance when people are arriving to collect cars and how many. Why are arrangements not made to deal with customers in a timely manner? The customer service representative did not apologise for the wait. I had 3 young children and it was 11pm at night. Instead he had a go at trying ti confuse me into buying extra insurance.

The hidden fees were not as expected, and quite disappointing. Additional service fees and holds on a credit card seem to be extreme. A credit report check or something less related to almost $1,000 in holding fees is too large - even if they are typically returned. The parking details in the specific area were not as clear as well.
