Ace Rental runs a poor operation that left all Ace customers waiting by the curb wondering where the shuttle was after more than a half hour. The car was provided in a poor condition. Pressure sales are not a great way to be successful for business cause the customers don’t come back, scaring customers what might happen if additional packages aren’t bought risks customers loyalty and good ratings if it doesn’t benefit. I get it it’s the biz but as the customer honesty would of got a lot more business, loyalty and good ratings.

Didn’t have the car class I reserved when arrived and charged me for a larger size. Then had to spend several days of my vacation trying to rectify it. They also didn’t have my reservation in their system when I arrived.
