The waiting time was quite long, exceeding the expected pickup time by over an hour. However, they refunded $16 as compensation, $2 for each day.

After arriving in Brisbane, I called their customer service, and they promptly sent a shuttle to pick us up. After reaching the rental location, the staff verified our information, charged the credit card, and we were on our way!

The manager is bad! He has discrimination for Asian! My experience is very bad!

Very professional and friendly service. I would personally like to thank Alan. Although it took a little longer thanI would have liked to queued, to get to the desk. When I got to Alan, he was excellent in completing his role swiftly and I was further fortunate when I dropped off the car and Alan further organised the drop off, and shuttle to the airport.

After we got rear-ended by another car and had to go back to the rental company again, there was zero to none sympathy for us from the first lady who helped us, which we thought was really weird. The next lady who helped us with additional paperwork was a bit more friendly luckily.
