Excellent car hire experience through QEEQ, shall definitely be using them again.

The car had scratches, which weren’t my responsibility. They kept blaming me for not buying their insurance and wouldn’t help me resolve the issue. I had to look up the insurance provided by the rental company.

Local friends in Montreal mentioned that the prices on domestic car rental platforms are more affordable than those on local platforms. They said they plan to download and use domestic apps from now on.

The computers at the check in were malfunctioning and the was a 50minute wait. They seemed antagonistic to us for booking with QEEQ and not directly with them. They tried to get us to buy extra insurance implying our already paid for options with QEEQ May not operate efficiently. There was no staff member to run us through the controls of the hire car. It took us 30 mins to use the manual and get a necessary knowledge of where everything was located.

The process pretty much went smooth but did have a time finding the drop off location. Parked in one spot only to be told that I needed to move it around. Also we chose to bring car back empty as they explained it was much cheaper as they got a deal at 93 cent. Overall I would certainly use Thrifty again as by far the cheapest. I did book it very early on, like March, for our trip in September.

Easyrent cars went smooth. Quick easy booking on line and customer service was polite when I called.

No one in Parking Garage to assist with location the vehicle and when it was returned the lot was full had to wait for an attendant to show me where to place the vehicle.. When vehicle was picked up no one was around to go over the vehicle with me like other renters do.

When the vehicle was dropped off they said that they would e-mail my receipt. I still don't have it and I need it.
