The company is not at the airport, it's hard to find, and you have to wait for the person renting the car. The deposit is very high.

“Tons of hidden charges resulting in us walking away without a car, we spent less on taxis!!”

We did get to take the car we booked. Hidden charges galore totally more than €200 at SURPRICE, charge for collection after 8pm, they wouldn’t release car without their insurance even though we had separate cover for a year, didn’t except AMEC and wanted to charge for second driver in order to use a second persons card. Addition changes for toll road machine. Stead clear of this company

“A lot of unexpected problems for pick up and drop off.”

The car is okey, but the pick up isn’t at the airport, you have to wait for a van to pick you up and take you somewhere else, which made our drop off very complicated because we were far from the airport.

“Surprice avoid.”

Booked a fiat 500l but on arrival got told all they had was a fiat panda because of this struggled to get suitcases in but luckily went with friends and they managed to get my suitcases in there car. Surprice wasn't bothered about this though I had booked a larger vehicle. I only excepted the fiat panda due to having 3 children with me and it being late at night. Would never hire another car from them!!
