The service was great. They start work at 7:00 am, and I had an appointment to pick up the car at 7:30 am. There were two people ahead of me, and the procedures were completed by 7:50 am.

Easy to find and pickup was super fast. No insurance upselling at all.

The overall service was very satisfactory, though there was a minor issue. The car pickup was at the rental building near ORD MMF. An AVIS staff member wearing red glasses assisted me, but the charged amount was higher than what I initially booked, and I wasn’t informed about it. I double-checked the amount later and found the discrepancy. Fortunately, I raised the issue immediately, and they corrected it. However, you should be careful, as the difference was about $300, which is quite significant.

Their response was quick and helpful. Recommend their service.
