Pick-up was quick and returning the car was also very convenient.

The service attitude was good, but the cleanliness of the car needs improvement!

When the staff came to pick us up, they informed us that the car we had booked was not available and offered us a Hyundai SUV instead. Later, we found out that the car we initially booked had serious safety issues and was nearly written off after an accident! I think the staff should have informed us earlier. However, after communicating and negotiating through QEEQ, our issue was eventually resolved. They were quite good at solving problems.

The drop off went badly and the guy tried to tell us we had got a stone chip on the window so he wouldn’t drop us back to the airport for ages

Car was dented all round, dirty inside and outside and missing 3 hubcaps. Office was a bit far away from the airport, tiny and had a box of beers in the middle of the floor.
