The rental company has a poor service attitude and engages in malicious fraud against consumers. The experience was extremely bad.

Perhaps the staff were out on errands, as there was only one employee handling three or four customers. The waiting time was quite long. The service attitude was good though.

A bit hard to find the office upon picking up. Car is in average condition - not the cleanest, still had someone's used tissue paper in the car. GPS that comes with the car is in Japanese and probably hasn't been updated or anything to suit NZ map. No Bluetooth or aux input. Communication with the counter staff when picking the car was not the greatest. Otherwise, it's nice that they drop you off at the airport after returning the car.

All good. No problem.

A definite rip off for scratching the wheel. Charged me $230 for repairing two scratches

Great value , car was big enough for 2 plus suitcases. No problems
