It took a long time to complete the paperwork when picking up the car, almost an hour. The staff during the drop-off process was very efficient, only took two minutes.

We can pickup the car whenever there are an issue of my lost driving license, can be flexible for any issues, thank you EZU for understanding my condition.

Car was in bad shape, seems like it could breakdown any moment, i believe the car was almost 10 years old. Exterior was covered with so many dings and dents it was a pain to look at. requested the counter staff to change to other vehicles but he claims it is not possible even thou there were plenty other vehicles outside that looks much more decent and newer. Counter staff mentioned that since i was covered under third party insurance company i shouldnt have to worry about them claiming against us, not sure if i am being charged yet as no information was made to me till date. NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM.

Should do a review of the rental companies that are listed on the platform, so as to ensure quality listings and companies that are not as honest.
