frustrated with Fox car rental

Their customer service and emergency road service was terrible. It took more than 4 hours for customer service to return my call and once they did, they disconnected me when transferring me to emergency road service which is automated. I’d already called them and it took 2 hours for a return call which had I been stranded could have proved dangerous and possibly fatal. Then it was almost 2 more hours before they gave me a new car. Additionally, I’d made an error on the drop-off time of the vehicle. I’d indicated 4:00 am instead of 4:00 pm on the same day. Myoverall cost skyrocketed to 376.00 US $ rather than the CDN rate! Overall, I’m am extremely dissatisfied

Very accommodating. Exterior of car had major paint chips. And had 43,000 miles.

I was very pleased with the entire experience.

This was my first time to use Easyrentcars.com and I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process.

The staff waiting on us was great - no high pressure to upgrade or add on additional insurance. The vehicle itself was not the best - a Kia Sportage - with 60,000. The outside was pretty banged up. I’m not sure how many miles they’re kept in service - but I’m pretty sure the resale value on that one was not good.

Fox Rent A Car is probably the worst company i have ever rented a car from. How do you justify having only two people working your counter on a Saturday morning. You are well aware of the amount of reservations you have on any given day. Staff accordingly. Take care of your vehicles. I wound up in a Toyota Sienna that at highway speeds shook nonstop as if the wheels were going to come off. The plastic moldings inside the car are broken and will not sit in place. The carpeting in the trunk is almost nonexistent
