Probably the worst (so far)

Pick up was horrible with a 1.5 hour wait. Drop off was just the opposite with nearly no wait, including the convenient shuttle bus.

Didn’t seem familiar with easyrentcar and kept insisting that we need buy more vehicle insurance as it didn’t show up in their system.

Got cheated by staff to by unnecessary insurance. The staff told us we have to buy insurance from them as it is required by the Law even we have shown that we bought our own insurance package at easyrentcars.

They don’t have the specific car there, but fortunately they have other type of extra cars can provide to us

I paid for my car in advance and was under the impression nothing else needed to be paid. Upon collecting the vehicle I was given another invoice which was not clearly explained to me. There was a whole lot of items such as additional insurance which I didn't understand and quite frankly didn't need. The sales person simply gave me the invoice and didn't go through what each item meant. After a 16 flight I wasn't in the right frame of mind. It's quite disappointing to say the least, will not use Thrifty again, they are very dishonest.
