Probably the worst (so far)

The officer was totally confusing. We received multiple tickets. When you add them all up it was $1000+ but she kept insisting us we will be charged around $150 in the end. Later on she said $250 - it was a complete mess. We noticed scratches and damages in the car and when we asked for another car she said "just take a photo of the damages and you should be fine" what does that even mean? Terrible service.

Courteous staff, new vehicle

The counter staff lied to our faces, about extra insurances and gas prices and tried to bill an additional $100usd. Useless. Dishonest. Will not use thrifty again.

Was so easy, will definitely use this system again.

Got cheated by staff to by unnecessary insurance. The staff told us we have to buy insurance from them as it is required by the Law even we have shown that we bought our own insurance package at easyrentcars.

Terrible service, car hadmt been cleaned. When we returned it I left my tablet in there with valuable photos. I called an hour later and they said they couldn’t find it so one of their employees checking the car will have taken it for themselves I would never use thrifty again.
