Car had a built in SatNav which was essential, but the upgrade was $280 ($20 dollars per day), over half again the $440 we paid QEEQ for the original booking.

“Nice car but in a poor condition with terrible customer service.”

The car was very dirty. After a few days, the remote didn't work anymore and throughout the rental I had warning messages on the dashboard (the car was long due for maintenance before the rental started). The customer service was terrible.

They didn't have car type which i have reserved by easyrentcars. They asked additional Insurance though i told i have thirdparty insurance by easyrentcars.

“Generally satisfactory experience right from picking up the car until returning the car”

We originally booked for Chrysler Pacifica but due to some problems with the assigned car we were offer Nissan Pathfinder, we are happy with the alternative arrangements We were told by phone earlier that Hertz can pick us up at rainbow bridge when we enter US from Canada, but when called again when we arrived at the exit of rainbow bridge we were told that the journey would take more than 15 min and it is outside the pick up range
