Very satisfied, the service was quick.

On the third day after getting the car, the tire pressure warning light came on. We quickly got off the highway and found a Hertz location at a nearby hotel. The staff quickly measured the tire pressure and added air. She suggested that the dashboard is very sensitive to slightly low tire pressure, but it should be fine after adding air. If we insisted on changing the car, we could do so at the airport branch, but her location couldn’t handle it. We trusted her advice, and for the next five days, we had no issues. We didn't buy the E-toll, and received a toll charge notification within ten days after using the highways. The toll and rental company's management fee were not high. Personally, I think unless you use the highway multiple times daily, not buying the E-toll and paying per use is more cost-effective.

No car in the group (compact) was available when I got to the car area but no problem as they quickly allocated another car and we were on our way quickly.

Simple to book and price was much better than if I had booked direct.

They didn't have the car I reserved. They substituted another vehicle but then gave me keys for a third vehicle. This made the return very difficult as they had no idea what to do to close the rental.
