Overall, the service was fine with full Chinese support, just that the response on WeChat was a bit slow. Booked a Japanese car but got an American Ford.

Staff are all Chinese and communication in Mandarin is smooth. They provide driving training for beginners before renting, which is commendable. However, they gave us a downgraded Chinese-made seven-seater car with poor performance and high fuel consumption. The fuel tank was almost empty at handover. It's really baffling why a Chinese-run rental company doesn't follow international standards (foreign rental companies usually hand over cars with a full tank and upgrade if the same class is unavailable).

Chinese company - the process is more complicated and time-consuming compared to large rental companies. Service attitude needs improvement. Overall, would not recommend.

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR

The pick up lady was very rude, we also heard her on the phone being extremly rude to a lady that called so it wasnt just is she didnt like. You jist sensed she doesnt like australians or doesnt like people. That really put us off.
