“In booking doesn’t clear about deposit when we get a car they ask me for $1500 deposit”

“Heavily overcharged for a small ding that I didn't cause”

On drop off, they will definitely go out of their way to find the smallest ding or scratch possible. I was charged $500+ for a tiny ding on the front bumper, even though the staff said it'd probably be around $150. Definitely not worth the cheaper car rental rate when they appear to make their money off small dings that you didn't cause.

“EZU and EasyRentCars are Fraudulent”
About EZU: 5.3 /10
EZU charged me $ 1500 for scratches in the car that were already there. I noticed that they did this to many customers upon reading reviews. EZU is practicing fraud and should be put out of business.
