All processes are good except GPS was inadequate from dim screen, could not see it.

Good value for money

Surprising good quality of the vehicle given the price. When we picked up the car, the guy took about 20 photos of the car including the inside, seemed excessive. When we brought it back, they wouldn't give me a receipt and the whole process of returning it seemed a bit sketchy, but hard to beat the price we paid.

Friendly staff. I forgot an item in the car and they were good enough to deliver it back to me at the airport terminal

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great Value for money and well worth going out of the airport for collection. Car was easy to drive and fuel efficient. Only issue - if you're picking or dropping off around school time, the road where you collect the car is extremely busy due to a large school.
