Car rental Price was amazing but service at car rental was very poor.

It took a little bit longer to get the car perhaps 60 minutes more than a typical at airport rental. At first it bothered me but when I looked the quality and the low price I would definitely rent with Easirent again.

Waited 45 min for shuttle that never showed up. Spent $30 on Uber to get to car rental location, with no compensation or apologies from staff. Specifically rented a truck and it was not available once we arrived at rental location. We were offered an SUV or minivan, with no compensation on the price even though we spent extra to specifically rent the truck for the week.

Very poor customer service. Long wait times and very difficult to get help. The wait to get a vehicle took over 30 mins. Would not recommend or use again.

Did not have the vehicle that was confirmed on my order which I needed and the reasons I specifically requested a certain vehicle type. The vehicle I was ultimately forced to take was filthy and head damage and 3 of 4 sides. I learned later that the vehicle I was confirmed has never been a part of this location's inventory.

Car was ok, process was miserably slow and awful, ruined our evening. If I had needed to be somewhere that night besides the grocery store to get supplies, I would have demanded a refund and screamed until I got one.
