The only issue I had was the car smelt of cigarette smoke which was not pleasant.

No explanation was given for the additional driver fee

Picked up the car at Edinburgh Waverley Station. Due to it being a central train station, there were many people, and we had to queue. It took over an hour from queuing to getting the car. The pleasant surprise was the vehicle upgrade, and the car came with a navigation system, which made driving to the Highlands smooth and effortless.

Drop of at Heathrow late at night is not recommended as though the staff were helpful the service available is limited

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hire car was up to the standard I expected. It was a low mileage Hyundai Tucson and I found it clean and in excellent condition.

The platform is very easy to navigate. The car hire process is smooth and very reassuring. The platform stands up well in price comparison tests to other platforms. I have had zero issues using the Easyrentcars app.

Car was new and very clean, staff were pleasant and explained everything clearly. Drop off was quick.
