Needs more information

Although there were no staff to guide us upon arrival, we realized we were waiting at the domestic terminal side. However, it was very quick to get the car once we reached the pickup location.

The car dispatching was a bit slow, but the staff were friendly and provided clear explanations without pushing insurance sales.

Counter staff was helpful, however, no sure why i have to wait for 45 min in the airport to be picked up by the shuttle bus service to Times!

On the whole, was a great experience, values met with my expectations.

We cannot locate the place as we keep looking out for signs of Easy Rent Cars. We did not know that we are renting from Times Car Rental. Our booking information did not indicate so and we keep asking for directions to Easy Rent Cars without success. It was a kind local uncle that helped us made a phone call and that is when we realize we are to go to Times Car Rental. End up we pick our car 1 hour later than the booking time. We were also not given the car that we originally booked. We booked for a honda fit but we got a toyota instead. fortunately the toyota served us well. The car is very clean and easy to handle.

The pick up service from the airport was terrible. I emailed there customer service to let them know my flight arrived after the normal working hours at the terminal checking desk and was told that if I was there by 10pm that was fine. I used there counter phone at 9-20pm to arrange a pick up and they kept using excuses not to come to the airport, saying I had cancelled the booking, my international driving permit was not valid even though they had not seen it and may be I couldn't drive in Japan even though they drive on the same side of the road as Uk. To get a pick up I had to ask a very helpful young man from the adjoining car hire counter to talk on the phone for me. He even photocopied my passport and both driving licences and emailed them to the Times car depot. It took him until 10-15pm to get them to agree to come and collect us from the airport. We had to wait another 30 minutes whilst the airport was closing down for the night. When we got to the depot it took a long time to sort out the paper work and then we were given quite an old car with not much tread on the rear tyres despite the fact I was hiring for over 3 weeks.
