Vehicle was not ready at time of collection. Service staff was under man hence have to wait for more than an hour to process the transaction. Overall service staff were polite and professional.

Good car rental deals. However, insurance coverage could be in more details. Hertz felt that the comprehensive insurance is insufficient and strongly recommend to increase the coverage.

“The car was great but the waiting time to pick up was unreasonable and fustrating”

The waiting time to pick up the car was over 2 hours, hertz did not have enough staff and the staff was incredibly slow .. ended up queuing for almost 2.5 hours to get the car

“Easy and affordable”

The car I requested was not available in a reasonable amount of time, so I was upgraded to a higher tier of cars. I was completely blown away by the way I was accommodated by a minor inconvenience. The service I received was far and above what I would have expected. I would definitely book with Hertz through EasyRentCars again. 10/10 would recommend.

Poor customer service our car wasn’t available he didn’t help at all and we were international tourists. Offered no options just shrugged his shoulders. When we dropped off the vehicle we got charged 100 USD our car was not available no discount was given on the larger mini van option.
