Car wasnt what i wanted. Only similarity was that it was an suv. Really should be able to give you a choice if the one you want isn't available especially as i had booked over a week in advance. I rang up the first day to say that i would be late picking up the car. The phone was answered but no one spoke but you could hear them having a conversation so not good customer care really

Like: convenient and courteous
Dislike: They tried to take £700 + from my credit card because I didn't need to take their policy ( I have fully comprehensive insurance for all vehicles driven) even though the small print mentioned only £200

Like: The vehicle I booked was lovely and was great value for money.
Dislike: The guy on the rental desk wasn’t particularly friendly at all. It doesn’t cost anything to smile. The guy who mans the returns area was lovely though.
