Excellent, easy service

Maybe their business is too good, they are very impatient when explaining issues. It's best if you don't ask anything, just sign, take the key, and leave. I purchased full insurance, but it seems they think full insurance is handled by the rental platform and has nothing to do with them. If there's a problem, you still have to pay first, and then get a refund from the rental platform after returning to China.

Great service, picking up and returning the car took less than 5 minutes, and there's a free airport shuttle.

We didn’t like the car much because it was an MG and everything was back to front. It was pretty expensive but I suppose covid has caused that.

I had booked a Kia Sportage but got a Hyundai Tucson. I paid extra coz I wanted to test drive that particular car. I remember paying extra to be able to drive this car over Hyundai Tucson and didn’t like the part where I was given a cheaper car for the same price.
