Simple and efficient!

It was a very smooth car rental experience. Although the battery died because I forgot to turn off the overhead light, the insurance company quickly provided free roadside assistance. Later, a motorcycle grazed the car leaving a small scratch, but there were no issues. I'm just puzzled why there was still a faint smell of durian in the trunk despite it being well-packed, almost resulting in a 5000 baht fine.

staff is nice but not up to the professional standard

The car condition are good, easy to fond the booth and staffs are very friendly.. easy to get contact with the staff via wechat.. very helpful..
