Picking up and dropping off the car at Frankfurt Airport is very convenient. There's a counter in the arrival hall where you can complete payment and then go to the underground parking level 1 to get the car. Returning the car was a bit tricky, however. The navigation led us to the lower levels (B2 and B3) of the parking lot. After driving around and exiting, we asked the security at the exit and found out that the entrance to the rental car parking area on B1 is near the parking exit via a small ramp. It would be great if the navigation could direct us to that ramp directly. When returning the car, three people inspected it thoroughly, showcasing German meticulousness. In contrast, in France, a single person glanced at it and said it was okay.

The condition of the car was excellent, 12000km, the model was upgraded, but it wasn't a free upgrade - they did charge extra for the model upgrade. However, the fee wasn't very high and was acceptable. Returning the car was very smooth and the paperwork was simple. I just don't know when the deposit pre-authorization will be refunded!

The car provided was decent overall. When you arrive to handle the paperwork, they'll try to offer various additional services. Make sure you know what you need and don't get talked into something unnecessary!

The staff at the car rental was very nice. Knowing it was my first time renting a car and I was quite nervous, he took me to the car.

Like: Quick process for picking up and returning car. Helpful staff and good value for money.
Dislike: As all new cars come with GPS as standard it should not be classed as an extra cost in car rentals.
