I was very happy with QEEQ- i’ve never used them before and was a little concerned because some of their writing is in poor English. They should get a proper English speaker to go over their material. But their price was the best and their follow up with the emails was excellent. I hope to use them again very soon.

The service at different branches of this company varies. This time, they didn't force me to buy full insurance, and the service was quite good. Both pickup and drop-off were quick. I once had an experience at a branch (seems like it was the Las Vegas location) where the staff insisted on purchasing full insurance. I was only renting for half a day, just driving from Las Vegas Airport to Los Angeles Airport, and the full insurance was more expensive than the rental itself. As the driver had over 10 years of experience with almost no violations, I didn't want full insurance, only basic coverage, and took responsibility myself. The staff didn't agree, and we almost had an argument until the manager came and allowed me to take just the basic insurance.

The car was perfect, also pick-up and drop-off. I only got ¨fucked¨ on the easytag, she told me I needed it but at the end only passed one tollport where I could have paid the 1,5 dollar and done. Now I was charged more then 200 dollars, sad.
