営業所に着いてから15分ほど待ちました。 タッチパネルでの受付機が4台ほどありましたが誰も使ってませんでした。 予約していたらマシンでもスムーズに出来そうなので次回からは機械でしたいと思います。（日本語対応なので） カウンターはアップグレードや保険やガソリン買い取り式やナビなどひと通りセールスはありましたが断ればそれ以上強く勧めて来ることも無いです。一応言えと会社の方針で言われているのでしょう。 なので返却時の確認スタッフに渡されたレシートには余分の請求は＄０．００になってました。 予約時に表示されている金額のみの請求でした。

“Okay, but not the car we reserved”

Like: “Free” upgrade from a 4 door to 2 door which was nice in some ways.
Dislike: Couldn’t fit all our bags in the trunk, and it was hard getting a large bag on the back sert of the 2 door car.
