The car was fine but it took forever to pick up the car. 1 person worked there. Extra fees were added in unexpectedly. I would never rent here again.

Waited 45 minutes to be picked up. Car was not cleaned. It was filthy, with crumpled up fast food bags under the seats. Seats had tears and holes in them. Car was 3 years old with high milage, had not been maintained and had mechanical problems. They charge $10/day to NOT use their insurance. The company is not staffed full time, so we had to make an appointment to return the car. the rep showed up 1 hour late, so we sat in a lousy neighborhood, in the heat for an hour waiting for him. The reps English was poor, so it was very difficult to communicate.
