I will NEVER use this company again. Very rude at the pick up desk. Told me i had to buy EXTRA insurance..( i had AXA coverage to 30k...was told it had to be 35k or they wouldn't give me the car!!...I've used AXA with Budget, Avis & SixT with no problem) cost me 72pounds ($100) more. Don't think you are saving money with this company...they are SCAM artists!!!...STAY AWAY !!!

We booked a Mercedes Vito but were given a Fiat. Later, we upgraded to an automatic Volkswagen Transporter for 7 people. The rental company demanded an exorbitant upgrade fee of 2000 pounds (an extra 190 pounds per day!) which was even more expensive than other companies' rental fees for a 9-seater automatic at the same time! However, since we had already paid for the manual car, we had to upgrade with them... The vehicle already had several scratches, but they weren't all recorded on the inspection sheet. When returning the car, the company charged us an additional 450 pounds for a minor scratch on the roof. It feels like this company exploits customers to claim insurance. Will never use this company again!

The company seriously lacks an accident handling mechanism for international customers and is irresponsible! After an accident, they don't provide a replacement vehicle or a refund. I don't know what kind of unreasonable terms these are! Absolutely no sense of service.

Fairly satisfied. It was a bit cumbersome to get from the airport to the car pickup location, not very convenient.

Allow extra time to pick up your vehicle the office is tiny and busy. I had to wait outside when I first got there as it was jam packed. You when have to walk to the other side of the hotel to collect your car.
