Waited a while for the rental car shuttle so took over an hour from my flight landing to getting a car.. the deposit was extremely high too but they were not pushy on upselling anything and was friendly

We will never use right cars again because they ripped us off with overpriced insurance. We should have been told upfront about any law requiring extra insurance which they said we had to buy.

Worst place ever to rent car. If you see it post for 8dollars a day it’s not, when you get to the counter they will charge you at least $100 extra for all the mandatory fees. The low prices is a gimmick to have customers chose them first.

I never took the car, and the reps were of no help. I was told to stop wasting their time.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
