Car didnot meet my expectation. Vehicle wasnt washed and cleaned from outside. It was very dusty and had mud marks. Apple car play feature didnot work inside car. None of the staff could make it work which was terrible as I couldnt use navigation feature safely. Staff provided me with phone holder so that i could to use google maps on my phone. Which was very hard to see through tiny phone screen.

Constant upselling of full insurance, fuel service, etc. Renting a baby seat on-site was 30% more expensive than the app estimate. No Chinese service. Instructions to take the shuttle bus to the rental point were unclear and difficult to find.

Insurance too expensive at $17 per day, went online and $6.50 per day for $4000. X/C $300, if I had an accident would have to fight insurance company whether yours or mine online so may as well save some policy $$.
