Fast service

Convenient shuttle service, just a 3-minute ride to the store with hardly any waiting time. They upgraded us for free to a Nissan X-Trail with only 80,000 km. They don't proactively provide a phone holder, but if you ask, they offer it for free and let you choose your preferred one.

The rental company is very strict. They have a rigorous driving test, and if you don't pass, they cancel the booking. One of my friends couldn’t pass the test, which I believe is quite necessary.

Easy and straightforward pick up and drop off, shuttle bus to and from airport is regular and quick

Simple and price protector was a nice bonus

The car shouldn’t be allowed on the road. It’s been in multiple accidents and the brakes don’t work properly. Not safe at all. I can’t believe this is ok. I had to leave a week early and of course no refunds so I paid a premium per day for a car that shouldn’t be on the road. Literally parts are falling off the car! My next review will be online on the major sites.
