“Rights Cars” is the WORSE place I ever rented, they have hidden extra charges.

I didn't rent a car, because when I arrived at office, attendant did charge me another price, so I had to guive up to rent a car.

This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.

There were hidden charges that the booking agency as well as the people at right cars did not tell me about. I was greatly disappointed and I will NEVER use your agency or right cars again. Also, I will tell as many people as I can about avoiding you. Rest Assured.

Felt like I was cheated with the insurance. Didn't see anywhere where I had to drive my insurance. First time in 25 years I had to and then told my coverage was not enough. Will not ever use you again.

False information about toll roads and insisting on paying 13.99 per day to cover tolls which we did not need at all. They said all Florida highways were toll roads. Arriving very tired and having to deal with this was very upsetting and disappointing.
